Hand over one step, or all three.
Most customers start with blanks and add print once the fit is right. Dropship comes last — or first, if you already sell on Shopify.
How it works
Four steps, one floor.
Choose the blank
Pick a series and a weight, then the colours you need. Sizes XS–4XL across the range.
Send artwork
One file per placement, named by colourway and size. AI, PDF or 300 dpi PNG — we check it before it reaches the press.
We make it
Print, cure, fold, bag, label. Photos before dispatch if you want them.
It ships
To your door, or straight to your customer with your invoice inside and our name nowhere.

Inside the floor
Every blank starts on our own machines.
Circular knitting, dyeing, washing, cutting and sewing under one roof. Nothing is bought in from a trader and forwarded, which is why a reorder matches the first run — and why we can quote a printing date instead of guessing at one.
Printing
Three methods. Pick by artwork, not by habit.
All-over print
Seam-to-seam print on cut panels, then sewn. The look that reads as a real cut-and-sew brand.
Best for: full-bleed graphics, jerseys, fleece.
Direct to garment
Water-based pigment printed into the cotton. No hand-feel on the surface, photographic detail.
Best for: cotton tees, small runs, photo artwork.
Direct to film
Printed to film, heat-pressed on. Holds on blends, nylon and hard-to-print colours.
Best for: blends, hoodies, one-off artwork.
Dropship & ERP
Your shop takes the order. We take it from there.
Orders arrive from Shopify, a spreadsheet or our API. We pick the blank, print the file you approved, pack it in your mailer and hand it to the carrier — then push the tracking number back to your shop.

Anything else — send one email and a person answers.
What is the minimum order?+
Five pieces per style — that is one set-up on our print line, and under that the set-up costs more than the garment. Mixed sizes and colours count toward the same five.
How long does an order take?+
Stock blank plus print ships in 2–3 working days. Every piece is checked before it leaves. Cut-and-sew styles (your own pattern, fabric or fit) take longer and are quoted per order.
What artwork do you accept?+
AI or PDF with outlined text, or 300 dpi PNG on a transparent background. We send a short spec sheet when you start.
Can I get samples first?+
Yes. Order one or two pieces at the normal unit price plus shipping — no approval needed. Same blanks, same print, same check as a bulk run.
Do you ship to my customers?+
Yes. Dropship is the same floor and the same lead time, with your invoice in the parcel.
Can the blanks be fully unbranded?+
They are. Every blank leaves here without our name on it — labels and hangtags are yours.
