Custom hoodies

Custom hoodies, blank or printed — made on our own floor.

Four fleece styles from 340 to 480 GSM, cut and sewn in Ningbo. Buy them unprinted, or have us print them here with DTG, DTF or all-over print — the garment and the print come off the same floor, so there is no middleman between the fabric and your label.

Read the weight

The number on a hoodie tells you what it will look like in a year.

Fleece is sold by weight, written as GSM (grams per square metre) or, in the US, as oz/yd². The two are the same measurement in different units: 1 oz/yd² = 33.9 g/m², so a 340 GSM hoodie is about 10 oz and a 480 GSM hoodie is about 14 oz. If a page only gives you one of the two, you can convert it yourself.

Weight is not a quality rating on its own — it tells you how the garment behaves. Light fleece drapes and moves; heavy fleece stands off the body, keeps a boxy cut square at the shoulder, and does not go thin at the elbow after a season. That is why streetwear labels tend to build a mainline hoodie around 450–480 GSM and use 300–340 GSM for year-round basics.

One thing worth knowing when you compare suppliers: the weight on a spec sheet should be the finished garment weight. Greige fabric shrinks and compacts during finishing, so the finished weight is typically 5–15% below the number quoted at the mill. If a sheet does not say which one it is, you are comparing two different things.

Printing on fleece

Which print we use depends on the fabric, not on the picture.

DTF

Direct to film

What we run on fleece and on cotton/poly blends. Printed to film, then heat-pressed on — the colour stays exact on dark hoodies and small text holds up. Same code appears on your invoice.

DTG

Direct to garment

Water-based pigment printed straight into 100% cotton. No film, no raised edge, photographic detail. On dark shades the garment colour softens the print, so we check the file before it goes on the machine.

AOP

All-over print

Panels are printed flat, then cut and sewn, so the artwork runs over seams and edges instead of sitting in a box on the chest. It is the cut-and-sew look, and it needs artwork built for panels.

Sizes and measurements

Every size has a number behind it.

XS to 3XL, seven sizes across the fleece range. Each one is measured flat, in centimetres and inches, on the product page and in the spec sheet PDF — so your buyer can put a tape measure on a hoodie they already own and match it.

  • 01Chest and body length in cm and inches on every style
  • 02Measured flat: double the chest figure to compare with a body measurement
  • 03One-page PDF per style, covering weight, fabric, colours and print areas
  • 04Sizes and colours confirmed against your written quote before cutting

How an order works

Three steps, and the numbers are in writing before anything is cut.

01

Pick style, colour, size and quantity

Add the pieces to the bag. Mixed sizes and colours on the same style count towards one tier, so you do not need to round a small run up to one size.

02

Send the artwork, or send it later

Upload the file with the order or send it after — we check size, placement and colour against the print area codes before it goes on the machine.

03

Confirm the written quote

You get a proforma invoice with the exact per-piece price, print cost and freight. Production starts once you approve it, not before.

Inside the floor

You are buying from the people who make it.

Not a trading desk. Our own machines, our own team — which is why a reorder matches the first run.

Questions we get asked

Hoodies, in plain words.

What GSM hoodie should I choose?
340 GSM is a midweight fleece that works across most of the year. 480 GSM is heavyweight: it holds its shape, takes a boxy cut without collapsing and is what most streetwear labels pick for a mainline hoodie. If you are unsure, order one of each in the same colour and compare them side by side — the difference in the hand is obvious within ten seconds.
Can you print on hoodies, or do you only sell blanks?
Both. Every style on this page can ship unprinted, or printed in house on the same floor. DTF is what we use on fleece and on cotton/poly blends; DTG goes straight into 100% cotton; all-over print is printed on flat panels that are then cut and sewn. The print area codes (S1, S2, S3) are the same ones you will see on the print page and on your invoice.
What sizes and colours do the hoodies come in?
All four fleece styles run XS to 3XL, seven sizes. Each style has two or three colours — the colour count is on every row in the table above, and the exact shades are on the product page you click through to. Sizes and colours are confirmed against your written quote before we cut anything.
Do the hoodies come with measurements, not just size letters?
Yes. Every style has a flat measurement for chest and body length in centimetres and inches, on the product page and in the spec sheet PDF. Chest is measured flat, so double it to compare with a body measurement.
Can I start with a small run?
Yes. The lowest quantity tier is the one shown on each row above — mixed sizes and colours count towards the same tier, so a run does not have to be one size in one colour.
Where are the hoodies made?
In our own building in Ningbo: knitting, cutting, sewing and printing under one roof, which is why the garment and the print can be quoted as one line instead of two.

Next step

Tell us the weight, the colour and the print — we will do the rest.

A photo of a hoodie you already like, the quantity by size, and the artwork if you have it. That is enough for a written quote.
