What it is
Elevated blanks are the heaviest block we cut: 480 GSM spiro spun combed cotton, preshrunk and shrink-resistant, double-needle hems, shoulder-to-shoulder taping on the hooded and zip pieces. Five styles share the one blank — a boxy cropped hoodie, a quarter zip, an oversized crew, a relaxed cuffless jogger and shorts — so a drop can carry the same hand feel from top to bottom. They leave here unprinted and unbranded; your own woven label and hangtag can be added in production. If you want the same idea in a lighter tee, the Core, Superior and Premium series run from 200 to 275 GSM.
How it goes to print
AOP, DTG and DTF all run in the same building as these blanks. AOP panels are printed flat and then cut and sewn, so artwork runs over the seams; DTG prints water-based pigment straight into the cotton; DTF is the one to pick when colour has to stay exact or the fabric is a blend. Send one file per size and colourway and we confirm which method holds on this fabric before anything is printed.

Yes. AOP, DTG and DTF are all printed in the same building as the blanks. Send artwork per size and colourway — AI or PDF with outlined text, or 300 dpi PNG on a transparent background — and we confirm the method that holds on this fabric.
Can I order them blank?+
Yes. Blanks ship unbranded: no Just On Site name, no hangtag of ours. Woven labels, hangtags and packaging all go out under your brand.
Where do I check the measurements?+
On the size guide. Tops list chest and length; joggers and shorts list waist, hip, inseam, outseam, leg opening and front rise — cm and inches side by side. The numbers are flat measurements, so double chest, waist, hip and leg opening for the full circumference.
