Custom t-shirt printing, on our floor.
We print the same blanks we make, in the same building. Three methods, one file spec, one price list — no broker in between, no waiting for someone else’s press to free up.
All-over print
Panels are printed flat, then cut and sewn. The artwork runs over seams and edges with no boxed-in patch — the look that separates a cut-and-sew brand from a printed tee.
Best for: full-bleed graphics, jerseys, fleece, seasonal drops.
Minimum 30 pieces per colourway. Add 10–14 days after artwork approval.
Direct to garment
Water-based pigment printed straight into the cotton. No film, no raised edge, photographic detail on light and dark garments alike.
Best for: cotton tees, small runs, photo artwork, one-off samples.
Best on 100% cotton. Colour is softened by the garment colour on dark shades.
Direct to film
Printed to film and heat-pressed on. The reliable option when the fabric is not pure cotton — blends, fleece, nylon — and when colour has to stay exact.
Best for: poly blends, hoodies, small text, exact brand colour.
Slight hand-feel on the surface. Wash inside out, do not iron the print.
Sizes & pricing
Print is charged by the area.
Pick a size code when you order; the price per piece applies on top of the blank. Two placements on one garment are charged as two prints.
Custom sizes are quoted by the square centimetre.

Change the blank, the quantity or the print size and the landed price per piece moves with it. Nothing is hidden until the cart — the numbers here are the numbers you pay.
Carriage is quoted at checkout by destination. Two placements on one garment count as two prints.

Artwork
What to send us.
One file per placement, named by colourway and size. We check every file by hand before it reaches the press — if something will print badly, you hear it from us, not from your customer.
Format
AI or PDF with text outlined. 300 dpi PNG with transparency for raster artwork.
Colour
sRGB. Tell us the Pantone reference if it has to match a brand colour.
Size
Send at final print size — no scaling by us, no surprises on the garment.
Naming
Style + colourway + placement, e.g. core-tee_black_front.ai
Cut lines
For AOP, send one file per panel with the panel outline on a separate layer.
Later changes
Artwork is kept on file. Reorders print from the file you already approved.
The run
From file to parcel.

With the order, or straight after it — we hold production until artwork is approved.
We check and proof
Print size, colour, placement. A photo of the first piece on request.
Print and cure
Printed, cured, then checked against the approved file.
Pack and dispatch
Folded, bagged, packed by size. 3–5 days after approval for DTG/DTF.
