For campus events & societies
Custom t-shirts for campus events and societies.
Event shirts are ordered by people who are not buyers the rest of the year: a committee, a society, a graduating class. The design usually arrives late from a student designer, the sizes are spread across a hundred people, and the whole thing has to be one number on one budget line. What helps is a supplier who will print a small run without a setup charge per colour.
What gets in the way
Late files, odd quantities, and a design made at screen size.
The design arrives late, from someone who has never sent print files.
Most event artwork is a JPEG pulled off a phone or a Canva export at screen size. We check resolution, cut lines and colour before it goes on press, and tell you what needs fixing in plain words instead of printing it blurry.
One event, one design, and a quantity that is not a factory order.
A society does not need three hundred shirts. Runs start at five pieces per design, so a small committee order is a real order rather than a favour.
A three-colour student design should not cost more than a one-colour one.
With screen printing, every colour is a screen and a setup fee — which is why student designs get flattened to one colour. We print digitally and all-over, so the colour count does not change the setup.
How we handle it
From a phone photo to a stack per size.
We check the file before it is printed
Send what the designer has. We come back with the resolution, the print size and whether the artwork will hold at that size — before anything is on a shirt.
Mixed sizes on one order
XS to 3XL in the same run, with the size split you give us. Nobody has to run a second order because two people wanted a small.
Packed so handing them out is easy
Packed by size and labelled, so the table at the venue is a stack per size instead of a box to dig through.
Next year's committee gets the same shirt
The artwork stays on file against the style and colourway. When the committee changes, the file does not have to be found again on someone's old laptop.
Before you order
The design, and how many of each size.
Students send what they have, and that is fine — a Canva export or a phone photo is enough for us to say what will print. The one thing we cannot work out for you is the size split, so count it per size rather than as a total.
- 01The design as the student made it — PNG, PDF, AI or PSD all fine
- 02Any text in the design, so we can tell you if it is too small to print legibly
- 03The size split, counted per size rather than a total
- 04Where the shirt is going, so the parcel is addressed to whoever is running the event
- 05Whether it is a one-off or likely to be repeated next year, so we file it that way
You are buying from the people who make it.
Not a trading desk. Our own machines, our own team — which is why a reorder matches the first run.

Printing, cutting and sewing in the same building.

Cut in-house, on our own table.

Hung, trimmed and checked at numbered stations on the floor.

Our own stock, held on the same floor.
Next step
Send the design as it is.
Do not spend a week rebuilding the file. Send what the designer has, and we will tell you what actually needs to change before it is printed.
