For streetwear brands
Custom t-shirts for streetwear brands, made on site.
A streetwear drop lives or dies on the blank. If the shirt is thin the print looks cheap; if the cut is wrong the graphic sits badly. We cut, sew and print in the same building, so the blank and the print are one decision, not two suppliers arguing over who owns the fault.
What gets in the way
The blank, the colours, and who owns the fault.
A first drop of five is normal. Most factories want a hundred.
Your first colourway is a test — you should not have to buy a pallet to find out whether it sells. Runs start at five pieces per design, and the price steps down as the number goes up.
Screen printing charges by colour, so a busy graphic gets expensive.
Every extra colour is another screen, another setup, another charge. We print DTG, DTF and all-over, so a six-colour graphic costs the same to set up as a one-colour one.
Blank from one supplier, print from another — and a defect has two owners.
When the shirt arrives with a crooked print, the printer blames the blank. Here the blank, the print and the packing are the same floor, so there is one answer and one person to ask.
How we handle it
From your artwork to a sealed drop box.
Start from the blank, not the graphic
Heavyweight 240GSM+ tees in XS to 3XL, from our own floor. Pick the weight and the cut first — a boxy heavyweight and a soft retail tee take the same artwork completely differently.
All-over print for full-bleed artwork
For graphics that run past the chest, send one file per panel with the panel outline on a separate layer. We print, cure and check the placement against the cut line, so the print lands where the seam is.
Neck labels and packaging as yours
Your woven or printed neck label, your polybag, your insert card. Our name does not go on the parcel — the customer should only ever see your brand.
The reorder comes off the same file
Artwork is kept against the style and colourway. The second drop is printed from the file you approved the first time, not re-exported by someone else.
Before you order
What we need for the first drop.
Your artwork and the size split for the drop, at the sizes you are actually printing. If a colourway is still open, send the one you are closest to — we will say how it reads on a dark blank before anything is cut.
- 01Artwork at final print size, 300dpi, one file per placement (front, back, sleeve)
- 02For all-over print: one file per panel, panel outline on its own layer
- 03Neck label artwork and where it should sit
- 04A colour reference — Pantone number, or a photo of the fabric you want matched
- 05Size breakdown for the drop, so packing matches your launch
You are buying from the people who make it.
Not a trading desk. Our own machines, our own team — which is why a reorder matches the first run.

Printing, cutting and sewing in the same building.

Cut in-house, on our own table.

Hung, trimmed and checked at numbered stations on the floor.

Our own stock, held on the same floor.
Next step
Send one design first.
We would rather print five shirts and have you check the weight, the print edge and the label than take a big order on trust.
