For gyms, coaches & fitness brands
Custom t-shirts for gyms, coaches and fitness brands.
A gym does not buy shirts once. There is the coach kit with names on the back, the member tee that sells at the front desk, the shirt for the in-house competition, and then a reorder when the first run sells out. That is four small jobs, not one big one — so the setup cost per job is what decides whether it is worth doing.
What gets in the way
Names, small jobs, and members who buy one at a time.
Every coach's shirt carries a different name.
With screen printing, ten names means ten setups — the cost lands on the back of the shirt. We print per piece, so each garment can carry its own name and number without a new setup for each one.
Staff kit this month, member merch next month, event shirts in between.
These are three tiny jobs with three different deadlines. Runs start at five pieces per design, so a small job stays a small job instead of turning into a stock commitment.
Members buy one at a time, from wherever they train.
You do not want a box of forty shirts in the office. Orders can come to us one at a time, get printed with the design you approved, and go out in your packaging with the tracking handed back to you.
How we handle it
How a gym order moves through the floor.
One design, many names
Send the name and number list matched to sizes. We print front and back placements from the same approved design — the only thing that changes per garment is the text.
Sizes for the whole gym floor
XS through 3XL on the standard blanks. Coaches, front desk and the strongman on the platform can all be on the same order without a second supplier.
Every piece is checked before it is packed
Each piece is printed, cured and checked against the approved design before it is packed. Curing is done on our own floor rather than sent out, because it is the step that decides how the print sits on the fabric.
Member merch without a stockroom
Your design sits on file against the style. As members order, each shirt is printed and packed in your mailer with your invoice inside — no pallet in the back office.
Before you order
The name list is most of the brief.
Send the design once, and the names paired with sizes — that list is the order. If it is still growing, start with the names that are confirmed; adding one later does not mean the artwork starts again.
- 01The main artwork, front and back, at final print size
- 02A name and number list paired with the size for each garment
- 03Where the name sits — above the number, across the shoulders, or on the sleeve
- 04Your logo file if the chest carries it, vector or 300dpi PNG
- 05The size split for the run, so the packing matches how you hand them out
You are buying from the people who make it.
Not a trading desk. Our own machines, our own team — which is why a reorder matches the first run.

Printing, cutting and sewing in the same building.

Cut in-house, on our own table.

Hung, trimmed and checked at numbered stations on the floor.

Our own stock, held on the same floor.
Next step
Start with the coach kit.
Ten named shirts tell you more about the blank and the print than any sample photo — and it is small enough to be a decision you can make this week.
